Titanium Alloy 6Al-4V (Grade 5) is an alpha-beta alloy containing 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium.

6Al-4V titanium is the most widely used of all the alpha-beta titanium alloys. It is typically used in the annealed condition, at service temperatures through 750F. However it may be heat treated for higher strength. Grain is across width.
