You may return any item to us with 30 days of your order date for a full refund.You will need to make sure the product arrives back to our warehouse in the same condition as it was received.
Return Shipping: Online Metal Supply will provide a prepaid label for return shipments where we were in error, this includes wrong size, product, etc.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for all other returns.
Refunds will be issued for all items returned in the same condition as it left our warehouse once the item is received back in our warehouse.
