C623 Aluminium Bronze is an alloy consisting of about 8-1/2% to 10% of aluminium. It has high wear and corrosion resistance, and high strength. The UNS C62300 copper alloy has good corrosion and acid resistance.

C940 High lLeaded Tin Bronze is known for its unsurpassed wear performance against steel journals. It can be used against unhardened and not perfectly smooth shafts. Lead weakens these alloys but imparts the ability to tolerate interrupted lubrication. It also combines favorable antifriction properties with good load-carrying capacities and will conform to slight shaft misalignments.

C955 Nickel Aluminum Bronze is recommended for heavy-duty applications involving abrasion, wear, and fatigue. Copper alloy 955, made of iron, nickel, aluminum, and copper, has a typical hardness of 195 BHN, which is a result of the high-strength and heavy load bearing traits. The aluminum content in the copper alloy 955 provides high-strength and makes it one of the few bearing bronzes capable of being heat-treated.
