Description
260 Brass sheet and plate (aka "cartridge or yellow brass") is the most popular and economical of the brass alloys. Brass offers good corrosion resistance to many chemicals as well as marine environments. C260 brass is a brass alloy with a combination of copper and zinc and has the highest ductility in the yellow brasses. It has a smooth, yellow brass finish.
Mill finished sheets and plates are bare and therefore may contain very minor cosmetic scuffs on the face of the sheet due to handling and shearing, these can be buffed and polished out to attain what ever finish may be required for your project.
