Aircraft grade honeycomb panels are a very lightweight yet very strong alternative to plywood, solid aluminum, and other substrates when strength is needed but weight is a major concern.

These panels can be used in to provide a flat, stable structure in marine, recreational vehicles, aircraft and all types of applications where light weight and high strength are required.

Facing (Skins): 2024-T3 Alloy 0.015 thickness

Honeycomb: 5052 Aluminum, 1/8 inch cells, Foil Gage 0.0025, Thickness 0.672 inch

offers superior strength over expanded aluminum honeycomb.
