G458 bronze filled, PTFE Teflon (Also known as TEKSLIDE G458 and Guarniiflon G458) was developed for use in linear bearing element to avoid metal-to-metal sliding contacts. Self lubricating, wear resistant materials providing low friction, stick-slip free operation, better positioning accuracy and repeatability, vibration dampening, long life with minimum wear. G458 is dimensionally stable, maintenance free and can be operated with or without lubrication. G458 is brown in color and has been successfully used in piston ring applications.
