Description
301 (1/4 Hard) is an austenitic stainless steel that it has been cold rolled to its 1/4 hard condition. This increases the metal's attractiveness for mild drawing, stretching and forming operations. At 1/4 Hard, Type 301 has a tensile strength of 125,000 PSI minimum, and a minimum yield strength of 75,000 PSI.
