Type 361 Molybdenum (99.9 percent) can withstand extreme temperatures and keep its strength and stiffness at high temperatures. The melting point of Molybdenum is 2623C. It has good thermal conductivity and lower thermal expansion. Molybdenum provides excellent corrosion resistance that is similar to tungsten.
