2024 Alclad Aluminum Sheet has a layer of pure aluminum added to the surface for increased corrosion resistance, this alloy is general used when high strength yet lightweight is needed. It does not form or weld as well as some of the common alloy aluminums, yet it provides much higher tensile strength. It is commonly used in aircraft and structural applications. Conforms to specification QQ-A-250/5 and ASTM B-209.- Material: Aluminum
